At Hanna Shea Executive Search we are the experts in placing leadership and key talent for the Direct Selling industry. We take all of these insights and information and condense them into a candidate brief or a benchmark, which we use as an outline of what the "ideal" candidate should look like.

The Talent

Once we understand the criteria, demands and nature of the role we begin our search to find the best candidates. We develop a target list of key areas to focus our research efforts. Our search extends beyond LinkedIn to our own talent pools, networks and sources, where we can engage talent that is often out of reach for our clients.

The Outreach

We have spent years cultivating relationships with every one of our candidates, which means when we call - they make time for us. Our outreach allows us to qualify and measure candidates against the "ideal candidate profile" where we gauge overall fit and expertise required by the role. We know we represent you and your brand in these initial interactions and strive to create the best candidate experience possible.

The Interview

After we have done our due diligence we present the top ranking candidates. We help identify which stakeholders need to be a part of the interview process and coach you through it. Then we meet with individual stakeholders to collect their feedback and assess which candidates will be the best match for the role and overall best cultural fit.

The Decision

From there, we then help you select a finalist. This is where we serve as a trusted, unbiased advisor to help you choose the best candidate. Having placed hundreds of C-Level executives within Direct Selling, we advise our clients to always hire for fit over qualification. We help you make a competitive offer and create an onboarding program that assures your new leader will have the most impact.
